Comprehensively improve, cultivate and form new advantages in compliance and competition of foreign economic and trade enterprises.
The compliance of foreign trade and economic enterprises means that the cross-border operation and management of enterprises comply with the requirements of laws and regulations, international treaties, business practices, regulatory provisions, industry standards, and ethical standards in the field of foreign trade and economic cooperation.
The General Office of the Zhejiang Provincial Government pointed out that the following areas will focus on compliance work: corporate export compliance, overseas business compliance, overseas listing compliance, and cross-border e-commerce compliance. The province focuses on leading high-quality enterprises in the industry, high-tech enterprises, top 100 export and top 50 import and export self-operated import and export enterprises, and top 50 local multinational companies to cultivate a group of compliance leading enterprises. The list of enterprises to cultivate is subject to annual dynamic adjustment.
Strengthening digital empowerment is one of the main measures of Zhejiang Province. The General Office of the Zhejiang Provincial Government pointed out that relying on the "Order + List" monitoring system, it cooperated with third-party institutions such as law firms and information technology service companies to establish a compliance business platform, release global economic and trade rules and early warning information, and conduct remote enterprise evaluation and diagnosis.
It is understood that Zhejiang Province will establish a corporate compliance performance evaluation and monitoring system, establish a compliance management index system for foreign trade and economic enterprises, and publish an annual report on the construction of the compliance system for foreign trade and economic enterprises. |
