On December 29, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology officially announced the selection results of the creation of the 2021 textile and apparel creative design demonstration parks. The list of the first batch of textile and apparel creative design demonstration parks (platforms) was released. China Textile City, Keqiao District, Shaoxing City Keqiao District Textile Industry Design and Management Service Co., Ltd., a state-owned enterprise affiliated to the Construction Management Committee, was successfully selected as one of the nine demonstration parks in the country and two in the province. It is also the only city in Shaoxing.

The textile and apparel creative design demonstration park (platform) refers to a carrier and platform registered in the country to gather entrepreneurial and innovative service resources and engage in textile and apparel R&D and design and product development, and provide textile and apparel enterprises with a carrier and platform for creative design support. The review was organized and initiated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to promote the improvement of textile and apparel creative design capabilities and the building of independent brands, guide manufacturing and commercial enterprises to focus on innovation and product quality improvement, promote the supply-side structural reform of the textile industry, and drive the direction of manufacturing in China world. Since the Keqiao District Textile Industry Creative Design Base was successfully selected as the first national pilot (platform) in 2017, after more than four years of full development and continuous innovation, this year the base has a total of 54 from the first to fifth batches announced by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It stood out from the domestic pilot parks (platforms) and was successfully selected as the first batch of textile and apparel creative design demonstration parks (platforms) in the country.

The creative design base of the textile industry in the district has now formed a functional layout of “one core and two centers”, that is, the “Fashion Valley” of textile creative design centered on the Creative Building, China Textile City Creative Park, China Textile Building, and China Textile International Fashion Center. ", the Dyeing and Finishing Art Center with Lanyin Fashion Town as the main body and the textile equipment design innovation center with the Shaoxing Textile Equipment Characteristic Industrial Base as the main body. The base is a characteristic park with a cluster of creative and design industries in the textile industry. It mainly uses fashion creative design for the textile industry to enhance the core competitiveness of industries and products, promote the transformation and upgrading of the traditional textile industry in Keqiao District, and cultivate cultural creativity and fashion design. , Fashion exhibitions and other modern service industry development.

Currently, there are 150 industrial design companies and 1,221 industrial design talents in the base. From January to November this year, the base enterprise design service revenue was 340 million yuan, an increase of 8.5% year-on-year, and the sales revenue of service targets was 37.521 billion yuan, an increase of 9% year-on-year.
