3. Circulation confidence index decreased. February, market circulation confidence index closed at 963.14 points, increased by 0.88%MOM.

B. Fabric orders decreased, production prosperity index edged down
In February, enterprise production prosperity index closed at 1085.46 points, increased by 0.61% MOM.
1. Creative products decreased as well as the production scale index. In February, enterprise production scale index closed at 1232.95 points, decreased by 0.78%. Orders of general fabric decreased turnovers of apparel fabric bedding all increased different degree
2. Output of general products reduced sales revenue index edged down. February, enterprise sales revenue index closed at 1357.42 points, decreased by 2.65% MOM. Enterprise domestic orders & foreign trade orders rebounded. Output textile garment enterprises rebounded due to the low domestic demand, so the sales revenue rose.
3. Enterprise confidence index decreased. Production confidence index closed at 819.16 points, increased by 0.10% MOM. The discrimination for market outlook closed at 833.12 points, decreased by 3.00% MOM. Domestic orders of new style products decreased as well as transactions of home textiles apparel accessories, so the discrimination index for market demand decreased.
C. Forecast of prosperity index next period.
In March, 2023, the overall sales China Textile City will be expected to increase. With the arrival of "Golden March and Silver April", policy support and monetary easing continued, the domestic demand market took the lead in picking up, and terminal quotations such as fabrics and gray fabrics finally started to rise (the dyeing fee has been raised after the Spring Festival), and the ability to digest prices continued to increase. The problem of "intestinal obstruction" in the chain has been dredged and alleviated, and the confidence of textile enterprises, weaving and fabric enterprises is in a state of continuous recovery. In March, the number of customers in China Textile City will increase, the output of production or processing enterprises will increase, and the orders for external processing will increase. There will be an increase, and the conventional varieties and new spot products in spring and summer will expand more, while new fabrics for marketable clothing and new decorative fabrics will form major highlights.
