Textile clothing exports of Keqiao, Shaoxing increased month on month, and textile exports showed a month-on-month growth trend. In November, the international market was actively developed. In order to effectively deal with the export problem, Chinese textile and garment enterprises made efforts to accelerate the global layout, pay attention to differentiated development, improve the investment in product research and development, and strengthen the digital construction. These powerful measures not only helped enterprises to secure market orders, but also promoted the transformation and upgrading and high-quality development of the textile and garment industry. Keqiao District Council for the Promotion of International Trade built a "Foreign trade sharing Living room" this year to attract foreign trade related service subjects to settle in, vertically open up the communication channel between government and enterprise, horizontally connect with the market and enterprise needs, guide enterprises to explore more new foreign trade development mode, and extend the service to the "last meter". In 2022, Keqiao implemented the policy of benefiting enterprises in a timely manner, benefiting 4,157 enterprises and realizing the "one-net release" of information resources and "one-net acceptance" of award and subsidy applications, ensuring that enterprises should enjoy the policy dividends. Keqiao holds the World Cloth Conference every year to help enterprises climb the upper reaches of the global textile industry chain. It holds self-organized exhibitions in Myanmar, the Philippines, Indonesia and other places, and sets up "Shaoxing Keqiao Museum" in the famous exhibitions in the United States, France, Italy and other places. It keeps up with the international trend and makes enterprises "go to sea" more stable and long-term. In November, compared with October, foreign trade orders increased, demand picked up, export orders increased and export prices of innovative products increased. Foreign trade climate index rose on a monthly basis, and the foreign trade price index rose on a monthly basis.

1. The 24th Keqiao Textile Fair set up a trade platform for supply and demand. The 24th Keqiao Textile Fair was held at Shaoxing International Convention and Exhibition Center from November 16 to 18. The textile fair connects the line on the lower line and integrates the upstream and downstream of the textile industry. As many as 26 online and offline purchasing matchmaking meetings and textile forums will be held during the exhibition. Among them, 20 online "Digital Textile Expo" procurement matchmaking meetings invited buyers from RCEP member countries such as South Korea, Vietnam, Myanmar and Italy, as well as domestic textile industry clusters such as Guangdong, Shandong and Henan to conduct online procurement connection with more than 90 exhibitors of the Home Textile Expo. Pull the foreign trade climate index rose month on month.Export of clothing is few. Due to insufficient demand in the international market, increasing risks from the COVID-19 pandemic and the external environment, market demand has partially declined. The international market demand continues to be weak, and the European and American markets are not confident enough. Under the background of the lockdown measures of the epidemic, the weakening consumer confidence and the restricted consumption scene, the export performance of clothing products is sluggish. Textile and clothing plate concussion lower, Mu Gaodi limit, Tamus, true love home, Lutai A, Saturday, Huamao shares and so on. However, domestic production has strong resilience and full potential. Driven by the proactive policy of stabilizing growth, we will ensure adequate supply and provide certain support for export enterprises. Under the impact of the epidemic, some regions quickly resumed work and production, which contributed to the slowdown of the basic decline of foreign trade in October.
2. The Fifth World Textile Conference opened to integrate the global textile industry chain. Affected by the official effect of the "Xinjiang Related Act" in the United States, the growth rate of garment export slowed down significantly, especially the export of cotton clothing to the United States showed a double-digit decline. The growth rate of major garment export provinces and cities slowed down slightly, and the decline of garment export in Guangdong deepened. China's top five garment exporting provinces, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shandong and Fujian, together completed garment exports down from the same period in 2021.
3. The China-Europe freight train "Keqiao" leaves. The first China-Europe freight train "Keqiao" officially departed at 9:30 am on Nov 18 at the Qianqing Freight Terminal of the Xiaoring-Ningbo Railway in Keqiao district of Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, carrying the expectation of "covering the whole world". The bus, loaded with 50 container containers and $4.5 million worth of fabrics, will pass through Jinhua South Railway Station from Keqiao to several Central Asian countries along the Belt and Road. This also means that Keqiao's foreign trade transport and a trans-Eurasian international fast freight channel.
4. Launching differentiated products. In recent years, the rising prices of production factors such as labor, water, electricity and environmental protection have pushed up the production costs of enterprises. The competitiveness of China's textile and garment industry in mid - and low-end products is far lower than that of Southeast Asia, India and Pakistan, etc. In order to find new competitive advantages, some standardized textile enterprises in Keqiao District have made great efforts to develop competitive products and take the road of differentiation development, which has achieved good results. Some textile companies in Keqiao District began to develop a new way to launch differentiated products, focusing on differentiated fibers, and developing non-cotton, environmental protection and natural products such as tencel, Modal, bamboo fiber, linen, tencel hemp, polyester and other products. Thanks to this correct market positioning, exports increased month-on-month.
5. Constantly optimizeing the product structure of enterprises. Paying close attention to the trend changes of the global consumer market and making the products closer to the needs of first-line consumers is the magic weapon for some regular model textile enterprises in Keqiao District to increase their overseas orders. Since the beginning of this year, the company has grasped the trend change of global market consumption, increased the investment in the research and development of sports, ecological and environmental protection concept products, and constantly optimized the product structure of the company. The change of development concept has directly brought about the growth of export performance, with the export volume increasing month-on-month.
6. Secondly, the price of export products rises, and Price Index of Foreign Trade rises.
Price Index of Foreign Trade rose in November. Price Index of Foreign Trade of cotton and blended fabrics was 138.38, up 5.76% from the prior month. Price Index of chemical filament fabrics was 189.74, up 6.48% from the prior month. Price Index of Foreign Trade of fabrics for daily home textile fabrics was 71.56, up 11.85% from the prior month. Price Index of Foreign Trade of fabrics for Knitted crocheted fabrics was 175.49, up 2.94% from the prior month. So Price Index of Foreign Trade rose.
1. Expand high-end chemical fiber products to the international market. When exporting products to "One Belt and One Road" countries and regions, some standardized model textile enterprises in Keqiao District are expanding the market to high-end chemical fiber products in addition to conventional varieties. Some enterprises are more than 80% from "One Belt and One Road" countries and regions, with a month-on-month increase in sales. Driving the total price index of foreign trade rose month on month.
2. Many typical products have won the favor of many foreign businessmen. Some standardized textile enterprises of Keqiao are majored in technology, fashion, green integrated cashmere series products, in the scientific and technological innovation, green design, clean production and other aspects of the strong strength. Mountaineering cashmere, European cotton integrated cashmere, cotton velvet and many typical products have won the favor of many foreign businessmen. 3. Textile fabric enterprises continuously develop new products. In recent years, some regularized textile enterprises in Keqiao District are mainly engaged in all kinds of worsted woolen materials. They have made great efforts in raw materials, design and technology, focusing on environmental protection and health, and developed multi-component blended products such as wool, tencel and rayon, as well as functional products such as antistatic, antibacterial and triple-anti, which have won the favor of many foreign investors. Thirdly, Forecast of the next Foreign Trade Index. For the export situation in December 2022, it is expected that the export of textiles and clothing will show a small month-on-month rise trend. The impact of the epidemic on overseas economies has not completely dissipated, but there are signs of orders in foreign trade markets. There are many large enterprises to do foreign trade with their own excellent product quality and appropriate prices, in the market order share will be further improved.
